Returns and Refunds

If the items you purchased do not meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery by emailing our customer service at: support@clawpin.com.

(a) Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The items to be returned are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the original label.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return the items without providing a reason. Clawpin.com will issue a refund once the return is processed. To request a return, please contact us at support@clawpin.com. After we receive the return, you will receive a refund to your account. The shipping costs will be billed to the customer at most once (including returns). There is no restocking fee for returned products.

(b) Refunds
We will email you once we have processed your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued within 3 working days after we receive your return. After verification, please check your account.
There may be a slight delay in processing your return as we typically handle returns twice a week. If you have any questions, please contact support@clawpin.com. We will respond as soon as possible.

(c) Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us at support@clawpin.com if you wish to cancel your order.

Shipping Damage Claims
We take pride in our products, but we cannot control the shipping process. In rare cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transit. Please inspect the item upon delivery. If damage occurs, please provide a photo or video and contact us at support@clawpin.com.

Note:

  • We do not accept damage claims for shipments made later than 14 days after receiving the products.
  • Customized products (such as those with lettering) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product quality issue.
